We are perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding areas, including Highcliffe, Christchurch, Milford-On-Sea, the beautiful New Forest and Mudeford Quay, where you can enjoy excellent charter fishing trips.

Just a short walk away is Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, offering evening entertainment, an indoor swimming pool and a variety of leisure facilities. From the nearby clifftop, you’ll find miles of scenic coastal walks and cycle routes, with breathtaking views across the Solent to The Needles on the Isle of Wight. Barton- on-Sea Golf Club is also within easy walking distance.

We provide complementary off-road parking for up to eight vehicles on our private driveway. Children are very welcome, and well-behaved animals are welcome by prior arrangement.

Thank you Alan & Allison for a wonderful stay at your 5 Star Guesthouse, we received a very warm welcome, and felt right at home immediately. We cannot give high enough praise from the location with amazing views, spotlessly clean accommodation, great breakfast with an array of fruit, pancakes, full English breakfast, cereal, juices, and yummy croissants. Lovely outdoor seating area for relaxing by the fish pond and especially the lovely parrot who always said Hello. We enjoyed the lovely lounge where we sat having fun and Alan's Bar was always open. There are many nice restaurants a few minutes walk along the beautiful coastline, especially Peebles Restaurant and the Beachcomber.
We cannot wait to come back and enjoy your hospitality again.

Room 2 has excellent sea view... very comfortable large bed .. with all amenities. Breakfast was great.. full English..  yoghurt and fruit provided, with an excellent coffee... the location is amazing .. right on the sea front.. They offer blue light discount if you ask direct.
